Everyone from James, the owner who is the kindest and most talented hair stylist I have had the priviledge to know to Enrica-the hair colorist to Chella and Angela the wonderful, sweet woman who are the backbone of the salon (they wash and reomve rollers, apply conditioner,watch so you dont overcook when getting a perm or color- to Annemarie -(who has the patience of a saint because she does my daughters hair) to everyone else who cuts hair -and Nicole the receptionist who always answers with a smile and will fit you in at the drop of a hat-- are proffessional and genuinely interested in making your experience there worth every penny. They always make sure you are comfortable from serving you coffee with delicious cookies and every holiday is celebrated with both design and special treats--especially Halloween when all the employees get dressed up in amazing costumes and we vote on who has the best one-It is an experience to see and great to get an appointment at that time--They do hair for any occasion and weddings are the best because James supplies champagne and takes pictures while everyone is getting ready and then makes the bride a little album to have as a keepsake of the day-I love their warmth and hospitality and unpretensious atmosphere because you can relax and unwind and feel right at home when you are there-So if you want the best in hair cair and customer service and can stand a few laughs Leonardo's is the place for you--I am a forever customer and trust my fine hair to no other place-Make an appointment and you will be too! Prior to Thanksgiving, I was looking for a new hair experience. My husband found Leonardo's on the web and after reviewing their website and reading the reviews he highly recommended them. I made an appointment for their organic hair coloring, restyle cut and blowdry. For new customers you can print out discount coupons from their site. While parking was a bit of a challenge, I parked by the Associated, all my concerns melted away once I arrived. I was greatly warmly, offered asssitance with my coat and offered coffee. In less than five minutes, the colorist was ready for me. On the day I went, it was an employee's birthday. A cake was presented and all sang Happy Birthday. Cake was offered to clients and employees alike. From the colorist, shampoo person and stylist, I had great encounters. In the end, they listened to my hair concerns and my hair looked fabulous.
