Prior to Thanksgiving, I was looking for a new hair experience. My husband found Leonardo's on the web and after reviewing their website and reading the reviews he highly recommended them. While parking was a bit of a challenge, I parked by the Associated, all my concerns melted away once I arrived. I was greatly warmly, offered asssitance with my coat and offered coffee. In less than five minutes, the colorist was ready for me. On the day I went, it was an employee's birthday. A cake was presented and all sang Happy Birthday. Cake was offered to clients and employees alike. From the colorist, shampoo person and stylist, I had great encounters. In the end, they listened to my hair concerns and my hair looked fabulous.
